Yoga Teacher Bio:

Gabriella was introduced to Yoga in 2010 as a means of exercise and relaxation, but what she found was something much greater. Searching for a deeper connection to her life’s purpose, she decided to continue her Yogic journey in earnest. She received her 200 hour training at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City, where she studied under living Yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra. She has since continued her studies as a 500 hour teacher trainee.
Gabriella’s classes provide a space where students can go deeper in a meditative and deliberate way, to safely move past self-imposed limitations. Her playful and kind nature allow students to feel comfortable and receptive as they push their boundaries. Her teaching incorporates the 8 limbs of Yoga along with postures derived from classical Hatha Asana, to support students’ own journey to find their true radiant self. She believes the majority of Yoga is practiced in our daily lives, and aims to promote conscious living outside of the classroom through healthy living and constant practice.
