Marie-Soleil Boisvert RYT, CST -Certified massage therapist, Crania Sacral Therapist,  Yoga Teacher, SUPYoga and Stand Up paddle Instructor.

 

Marie-Soleil has been practicing Yoga for 20 years, a healing therapist for more than a decade.  Yoga has helped her to heal her own body through breathing techniques, movement and opening on all levels.  Once you find a connection to Yoga it becomes a lifestyle!  She believes that we can heal our own bodies if we listen to it.  Through Yoga one become more in touch with itself.  Our bodies and breath needs movements and flow. Our mind needs quietude. Her teaching and treatments focus on those 3 aspects.  

Marie-Soleil’s Yoga teaching consist of classical Hatha yoga poses that leads to flowing movement to realign postures and open at all levels, pranayama to connect, Qi gong to reenergize, as well as restorative and yin classes to calm the mind and restore the body.  She intent to help her students  to connect with their breath and  to improve their posture.  Deep connection with the breath and better body alignment can help release chronic pains and aches.  You will immediately find a person passionate to share and help with her holistic skills and knowledges she has acquired over the past 2 decades.
