Kimberlee loves teaching pilates and yoga! She is passionate about helping you find your inner and outer strength in body,mind, and spirit. Kimberlee is certified in 200 and 300 hour yoga from Charm City Yoga in Baltimore, MD with Kim Manfredi. Kimberlee has always had an appreciation of physical fitness. Growing up as a gymnast, runner, and cyclist, she continues to be inspired by the benefits of physical activity. She has made a career out of fitness, teaching yoga, pilates, Spinning, and strength classes for over 15 years. Kimberlee started a successful pilates program in Baltimore over 11 years ago and became the only STOTT PILATES* Instructor Trainer in the area. Kimberlee has a deep passion for learning and regularly attends pilates and yoga workshops with well known instructors, like PJ O’ Clair, Seane Corn, Mark Stephens, and Rodney Yee. Kimberlee developed and teaches Anatomy for Yoga in a local 200hr YTT. Kimberlee’s extensive experience with pilates and movement enhances her students’ success, allowing them to feel safe at taking risks while focusing on gaining strength, flexibility, and balance, but most importantly to opening their hearts to accepting their true selves.
About Maggins Kenny:
Maggins is a 500 RYT Yoga teacher based in Baltimore, MD. Maggins experienced yoga for the first time over 15 years ago. Walking in blindly to what yoga was all about, she thought, “I’ve got this. . .” Oh silly grasshopper, not only did she feel a physical challenge but was able to focus and breathe, truly breathe. She enjoys being an eternal student and as a result, her teaching reflects her unending curiousity and playfulness.
She has travelled the country and trained with some of the master teachers in the world in Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, Astanga and Anusara. She completed her 200 & 500 hr training at Kaia Yoga in Greenwich, CT. She is holds certificates in Yin, LittleSprouts Kids Yoga, Exhale CoreFusion & SB Barre.
Maggins teaches all level classes, privates, corporate classes, workshops and retreats. Her intention and action is to allow you to meet yourself where you are in the moment. You’ll leave her class feeling uplifted, connected and present.
