Alice loves working and collaborating with each individual to create the best and the most unique mind-body experience for the student to help them achieve the ultimate version of his or her self. Alice values the balance between mental and muscular and expresses a deep devotion to a vinyasa style practice. With emotional, spiritual, and physical growth as a top concern, Alice continues her education and is a committed lifelong learner.
