Beatriz Velazquez style of teaching incorporates body movement that is guided by breath toward helping students build strength and flexibility along with mind body and breath awareness. When introduced to Yoga she learned the practice of practice and is what is taught so passionately in her classes. Beatriz offers healing, love, and unconditional energy towards every student and class. Off the mat she practices on a daily basis when it comes to growth, learning, self-awareness and sharing that with love and compassion
