Vehicle / Transportation Requirement
Please note, the road leading up to the hotel REQUIRES a 4×4 vehicle; if renting, please make sure to rent a 4×4. We are happy to arrange for private transportation or can assist you with reserving a rental car.

Payment and Cancellation
A 50% Deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% deposit will be collected 14 days prior to check in.

There is no fee for cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival; your deposit will be fully refunded.
30 – 15 days prior to check in; a cancellation fee of 50% of reservation cost will be charged.
14 or fewer days prior to check in; a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.

Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18.

Pets
Pets and companion animals are not allowed.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on hotel property.
